We can undertake a thorough security and risk review of the operation taking into account the external and internal physical layout, procedures, the types of goods processed and the workflow characteristics over pre- determined time periods. For example activity is generally more intense on certain days of the week and during the run up to Christmas. During these times the risk of theft may increase so additional security measures will be required.

As your security provider we work with you to understand your needs and identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators forming the basis of a Service Level Agreement. Specific Assignment Instructions (AIs) are then drawn up for each area of operation and agreed with the customer.
Performance is assessed and rated by the customer and discussed at regular Contract Review Meetings. This includes any corrective action required.
We aim to maintain regular contact with each client over and above the Contract Review Meetings through management site visits and regular communication and liaison on any issues or problems.

All our security officers are fully vetted to BS7858, possess an SIA licence and are predominantly site-dedicated. As well as general induction all staff receive site-specific training including familiarization and procedures outlined in the specific Assignment Instructions.
