As your security provider we work with you to understand your needs and identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators forming the basis of a Service Level Agreement. Specific Assignment Instructions (AIs) are then drawn up for each area of operation and agreed with the customer.
Performance is assessed and rated by the customer and discussed at regular Contract Review Meetings. This includes any corrective action required.
We aim to maintain regular contact with each client over and above the Contract Review Meetings through management site visits and regular communication and liaison on any issues or problems.
We don’t just provide security officers. We aim to build a long term collaborative partnership based upon mutual trust and understanding.
All our security officers are fully vetted to BS7858, possess an SIA licence and are predominantly site- dedicated. As well as general induction all staff receive site-specific training including familiarization and procedures outlined in the specific Assignment Instructions.
We provide well-presented, motivated and vigilant staff at all times. All Senturian operations are backed up by a 24 hour control room.
